What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one unit of equipment or a complete line. We work with both small farms needing a compact line at 200–500 kg/h and large industrial enterprises with capacities of 5–50 tonnes per shift.
For smaller production volumes, we offer modular solutions with the option for phased scale-up as your business grows.
How does the equipment supply process work?
The standard process includes 5 stages: 1) Enquiry and technical specification — we draft the spec together with your technologists; 2) Commercial quote — within 5 business days; 3) Agreement and contract; 4) Manufacturing and delivery — 4–12 weeks depending on completeness; 5) Commissioning — our engineers travel to your site.
After launch, we provide technology support and staff training.
Is there a warranty on the equipment?
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment. For certain systems (pumps, heat exchangers from leading manufacturers), the manufacturer's warranty may extend to 24–36 months.
Post-warranty service is provided under service contracts. Spare parts are in stock in Minsk — delivery across the CIS takes 3–7 business days.
Do you provide staff training?
Training is included in the cost of commissioning works. The programme covers: equipment operation and adjustment, working with CIP cleaning systems, troubleshooting common faults, and production regulations.
On request, extended training for technological staff is available: production recipes, parameter optimisation, increasing product yield. Training can be conducted at your facility or at reference production sites.
Do you work with leasing?
Yes. We cooperate with leasing companies in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. Typical terms: down payment 20–30%, lease term 2–5 years. Customers from EAEU countries have access to state support programmes for the agro-industrial complex.
Phased financing is also possible — delivery of the first phase with an option to expand the line. Ask your manager for current terms.
How quickly can Promilk AI be deployed?
Promilk AI integrates into an operating production facility without stopping it. Standard pilot deployment: 2–4 weeks, including connection to existing sensors and PLCs, model configuration for your raw materials, and operator training.
